Community Retreat 2018
Straightaway after Shabbat dinner, the gang loaded in the van for yet another Kehillat Community retreat! With much thanks to Ted and Roberta for hosting us as always, the group had a great time running around on a scavenger hunt trying to solve all of Roberta’s riddles, taking hikes to the Great Wall, and hanging out and playing games at the house. We were also joined again by Rabbi Jack Schlachter who led us in very meditative, introspective Saturday morning Shabbat services. We were stuffed after lunch at Mr. Ge’s 田先古槐, and had a lovely dinner at the Brickyard. Another relaxing, wonderful weekend in Beigoucun!
