70% of startups fail in the first year and 90% fail in the first five years. So how can you increase your chances of success? The Lean Startup is a somewhat scientific approach aiming to help entrepreneurs reduce the risk of launching a new product. How? The methodology introduces a product launch work process that will save you time and money and increase the chances of validating (or not) your business model. In this talk, we will introduce the Lean Startup concept and share real-life examples of companies applying the methodology.

Bio: After seven years in China, currently residing in Israel, Ofer is a business development and marketing specialist that worked with several startups and help boost their revenue. He is very passionate about the Lean Startup methodology and beliefs it should be implemented in all businesses, new or established alike.
